I told you last week about the report I have recently completed for the 12 days of fitness. I forgot to tell you about what makes this report different from any other you might have read before.
For a start, it isn't just full of fluff and padding about fat loss. I have read loads of reports by trainers that are thinly veiled sales pages; basically trying to sell you loads of supplements and quick fixes. So I’ve only put in the information and resources you need to lose body fat and tone up over Christmas; that’s it, nothing else, no unnecessary pages of science or gumpf.
