To help you get started with some serious fat loss here's the recipe and a video of one of my favourite breakfasts.
They are gluten, dairy and sugar free.
Ingredients
2 organic free-range eggs
180g rice flour
1 pot plain, active-culture yogurt (We use Yeo-Valley Organic Bio-Yogurt)
½ teaspoon gluten-free baking powder
60ml water
sprinkle of sea salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, Fran doesn’t like cinnamon)
